I'm thrilled to share my recent achievement with you! I rode 57 miles in the Hawaii 70.3 Half Ironman Triathlon (after suffering traumatic injuries just 10 months ago), made the podium just 5 minutes behind the winner, and qualified to compete in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in New Zealand in December. Unfortunately, this means I'll miss the first few weeks of [winter group coaching] 2024, but I'm excited to learn how to gravel ride and connect with more of you in the community.
