If one-on-one coaching isn't in the cards but you want more customization than a pre-made plan, a BaseCamp coach can build you custom 12-week blocks of training.

How it works:

  • Complete the survey at the bottom of our Next Steps page
  • Coach Kathy will recommend a coach
  • Meet with your coach to review your training and formulate a strategy for your custom plan
  • The coach builds 12 weeks of training and loads them in your TrainingPeaks calendar
  • Meet with your coach to review your new plan
  • Meet with the coach 2-3 weeks into the plan for questions or minor adjustments


Please note: This option does not include ongoing plan edits; additional consulting time can be purchased for $100/hour.
