Add feeling, RPE, notes to workouts

TrainingPeaks allows us to track other things besides power and heart rate; once you finish a workout, we recommend adding feeling, RPE, and notes to the workout. Here's how:

  1. In your TrainingPeaks calendar, click the workout tile to open it

  2. Select a feelings score

  3. Select an RPE score

  4. Add any notes desired
