Move workouts to different days

Once your workouts are on your TrainingPeaks calendar, feel free to edit your plan to work with your training schedule (for coaching tips, watch Coach Tim's video at the bottom of this article). With your Premium TrainingPeaks account (included with your BaseCamp membership), you can move a workout in your TrainingPeaks calendar by simply dragging and dropping it wherever you want it to go. (If you don't have a Premium account, you can copy the workout, paste it to the day you want, and then delete the original workout.) Watch the video below or click here to read more.
