Convert power targets to heart rate
If you don't train with power, you can convert the TrainingPeaks workout targets to heart rate instead. Follow the steps below or watch the video to see it in action.
Click into the workout on your TrainingPeaks calendar.
Click into the structured workout section (the blue bars near the top of the workout screen).
In the "Units" dropdown at the top center/right of the workout screen, select "% of Threshold Heart Rate" instead of "% of Functional Threshold Power."
Click "Save & Close" to save your changes.
If you decide you'd like to switch the workout back to power targets, simply repeat the process and choose "% of Functional Threshold Power."
