Train where you belong! Our weekly Tuesday and Thursday workouts are coached by the BaseCamp team and designed to add fun to your training week. These rides are open to the public and are built into the group coaching training plan. 

Tuesday and Thursday Public Group Workout Schedule

BaseCamp workouts begin November 28 and last 60-70 minutes.

7:00 a.m. EST rides are led by Paul Jobin, Jim Pomeroy, and Karen Mackin

10:00 a.m. EST rides are led by Tim Cusick and Rebecca Rusch

5:45 p.m. EST rides are led by Namrita Brooke and Tina Hart

9:00 p.m. EST rides are led by Jill Gass, Kate Johnson, and Liz Inglese
