Set thresholds and info in Wahoo
It is important to set your thresholds correctly before training so that your workout targets will be correct. It's also important to make sure your personal information (such as weight) is correct in your Wahoo account.
We recommend doing one of Wahoo's fitness assessments to automatically calculate your thresholds, but they can also be adjusted manually as described below.
Click your avatar at the top of the Sidebar in the desktop app to open your profile page and information
Click the Athlete Profile tab
If training with power, in the Four Dimensional Power Profile section, confirm your FTP is correct or edit it to be correct. (If you do one of Wahoo's fitness assessments with power data, the power zones should be calculated automatically.)
In the cTHR and Heart Rate Zones section, confirm your heart rate threshold is correct or edit it to be correct. (If you do one of Wahoo's fitness assessments with heart rate data, the heart rate zones should be calculated automatically.)
Edit any of your other information as necessary, such as name, gender, weight, and date of birth
Scroll down to update Display Preferences from metric to imperial if desired
