BaseCamp alumnus Rachelle Gehr shared her experience at the 2022 Kitchen Road Criterium.
Kitchen Road Crit in Trexlertown, PA, is a beautiful course! Once we shook off half of the ladies, no one in the lead pack wanted to work, so I got stuck in the front. Not the place to be in the last lap, but even coasting, they wouldn't let me fall back! Oh well, took 5th place in the sprint finish. Not bad for a diesel, I guess. At least I got this sweet photo (courtesy of Ron Short).
