Did a thing, 6 hours of MTBing at Mt Hood in Oregon. I won! Raced the 45+, but I actually got the overall too. No power data because my PM went all wackadoodle on me. I paced myself well and had very consistent laps. Great heat and moderate "altitude" training for the big 100 miler in a couple weeks. (Don't tell Coach Brig, this was definitely not on the schedule.)
Did I mention it was stupid hot out?
