Power training and power education - both in one amazing cycling camp!
Coaches, cyclists, and triathletes, this is the camp for you!
Join us for a week of training, riding, and learning in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. This cycling camp mixes incredibly scenic riding in the gorgeous canyons of Colorado with cutting-edge power training education using WKO4, all led by Tim Cusick, the TrainingPeaks WKO4 product leader and Velocious master coach.
Our coaching staff is made up of power training experts and pro cyclists, including riders like current ITT World Champion Amber Neben, and Scott Moninger (the winningest US pro in history), who will teach and guide on the road each day, working with ride form, techniques, and strategy. After each day's ride, we'll gather with our laptops for power file analysis and power education.
Boulder is a unique, progressive, cycling-centered city, with bike paths connecting the downtown area with the incredible canyons and mountains of the Front Range that beckon on the horizon. The riding is diverse; some days we'll climb the gorgeous mountains, and other days we'll ride fast pacelines in the valley below. Our cycling camp is an incredible opportunity to learn, ride, and vacation with top-notch athletes and coaches from all around the country and the world.
During our daily rides, all of which are organized into self-selected pace groups, we'll work on improving ride skills, techniques, tactics, and strategy. After the rides we'll review power files, teach about building and analyzing charts, and do our best to help you learn to connect the WKO4 dots!
Tim Cusick will ride and teach throughout the week, both on and off the bike, along with Kevin Williams, who is the WKO4 architect and mathematical genius behind the program.Tim and Kevin are joined by other members of our Velocious team, all USAC power coaches.
