From a 13-year-old junior in Colorado to a 16-year professional career, Bobby Julich has been one of America’s most accomplished bicycle racers. He earned success in races such as the Red Zinger Mini Classic, Tour DuPont, Tour de France, and Paris-Nice, and he won the silver medal in the 2004 Olympic time trial event. After retiring happily in 2008, Bobby’s passion for the sport and experience in working with power led him into coaching.

From 2009-2015, Bobby held various full-time coaching positions with teams including CSC/Saxo Bank, Sky, BMC, and Tinkoff. His many years of experience -- from his own racing, working with some of the biggest teams, and coaching some of the biggest riders in the sport (Chris Froome, Richie Porte, Phillipe Gilbert, and Michael Rogers, to name a few) -- have given him a unique coaching perspective that few coaches possess. As an early power adapter and now an active WKO4 user with his athletes, Bobby will be working with Tim to present the power education at this camp.

Bobby has recently moved to Greenville with his family and runs Julich Coaching and Consulting. Click here to read more about Bobby.

Learn about training with power

The revolutionary Power Duration Curve introduced in WKO4 will change the way you train! No longer will you use generic training levels that might not be suited to you; instead, you'll use individualized levels based on YOUR numbers and ability. Coach Tim Cusick will review and discuss power files each day of camp to help you understand power training and the new metrics in WKO4 and how to use them to improve your results. Some days will feature group presentations, and other days will include individual one-on-one after-ride analysis. If you're new to WKO4, you can download a FREE 2-week trial here
